Hi. Sir. I am kumar raghuvaran, 27 years old, gent, I am suffering with piles since 5 years, while going motion that piles bunch coming out. After completion of motion by hand I am pushing inside. When eating non vegetarian food sometimes bleeding. Not regular bleeding. I am not married. If I planned to go marriage am I need to take surgery or any cure without? Pls?
