Hi Sir, I Am Suffering From Pain On The Centre

Hi Sir,

I am suffering from pain on the centre of the stomach, crampnes around the stomach, abnormal bloating, noise in the stomach, mild and continuous head ache as well. This symptom is there for past one week, whenever the pain goes peak, there is an urgency to pass stool some times or most of the times when the flatulance is out then the pain comes down. The pain is more after having the meal at night.

Stool discharge is normal, solid and no abnormal color presence. Urine color is normal and no pain or difficulty while passing.
