I had an LFT yesterday. And i found that my SGPT count is 84. I had Red meat on the day before this test Unknowingly. I have not taken Alcohol form last one month. I was having only Veg food from May to September.In this i had Drinks 5 to 6 times only. I am 24 Years old and my body weighs 80Kg. I would like to know an in suffering from any Liver Damage. Thank you
