Hi Sir ,I Have Consulted A Doctor For My Hair

Hi Sir ,I have consulted a doctor for my hair loss .my age 18 and I m having a minor baldness and hair at center of the head .I guess its not genetics and the doctor recommended me keraglo men,finpecia,and minoxidil.

I m not finding it affective .Is there anything affective medicine which can help me ?
