I have hiatus Hernia gastric problem.For the past few days palpitations and chest pain is occuring.last 4 days back i have gone compplete comprehensive health check up for CBC blood count,xray,ESR,kidney,liver,thyroid profile ,ECG,ECHO,TMT test.But the reports are ECG:RBBB,ECHO:Normal,TMT:Negative for inducible ischaemia.can you please let me know the root cause for the palpitations.
During night times and morning times this is happenig..please suggest me if i nees to go for further test and treatment.
