Hi ,Sir I Was Addicted With Alcohal Last 2 Yr

Hi ,Sir

I was addicted with Alcohal last 2 yr back.
I left my habit under medical supervision & she prescribe Valium.10 for 9 days.

Still I suffering with sliplessness when I didn't take Valium.
Now I am taking "Recita Forte".
Which one is better Valium or Recita Forte,and what is the side effect.As in velium I didn't find any side effect.

Please answer.
