Hi Sir, My Son Is 3 Years 2 Months And

Hi Sir,

My Son is 3 years 2 months and he has node like in lower neck on right side from his 6 months of age. When ever he gets cold/fever this node gets enlarged a bit and automatically gets decreased when his cold/fever goes away and he has tonsils, so is there anything to worry about the node and how serious it is.
