Hi Sir , My Question Is I Always Burp And

Hi Sir ,
My question is I always burp and I go to the toilet many times per day spcially at night That is made me do not sleep well .Also my tummy is too big like a balloon and this not normal all my life was slim ,the left side down is hurting me every night and makes me feel very bad .
