Hi Sir..... i am very depressed about this problem....... night falls are happening with me daily..... sperms are coming in large amount and every morning, when i see my trousers they are wet......... i've never masturbated in my life but i just masturbated 2-3 times and sperms never came out......i am just 17 years old.....can you please suggest me the solution of this problem
