Hi. So 7 Years Ago On 3 Separate Occasions My

Hi. So 7 years ago on 3 separate occasions my pilonidal cyst was drained. And about 4 years ago I was taking a bath and all of a sudden it felt like it burst inside of me and my spine felt like liquid was running up and down it, my skin all over my body itched, burned, and I noticed a few days later a thick yellowish clear sticky liquid was coming out of my skin all over, and my right ear swelled shut. I went to Banner Health Hospital AkA University of Arizona hospital They gave me medicated ear drops but when I mentioned the thick sticky stuff coming out all over my skin and that i had a pilonidal cyst i believed to have popped inside my tailbone they told me I was crazy and did not do any tests or anything to see if it had something to do with the cyst. After my ear healed, the back of my neck started to feel stiff and like something was in there. My hair started falling out on my head and my skin felt and still feels like it is alive. My neck makes a crunching sound when I move it and I have lock jaw. I went to Tucson Medical Center they at least did a CT scan and told me I had sinus infections in all my sinuses but they still did not listen to me about the cyst. I went completely bald, my hair is finally growing back more then falling out. when what feels to me like liquid running up and down my spine into my neck all over my head and all over my body every inch of it , my hair on my head starts falling out again and my hair on the rest of my body starts growing long and not healthy looking at all, my skin burns and I have a constant fever
I have massive amounts of pain in my neck, Ears ,shoulders and lower back all the time.
I know it has to do with the pilonidal Cyst but, all the doctors I have been to don't listen to me about it.
This has been going on for 4 years now.
I am in constant pain. Please help me get to a doctor that will listen to me and me seriously
