Hi. So I Am Experiencing An HSV2 Outbreak While On

Hi. So I am experiencing an HSV2 outbreak while on vacation in South Korea. I was told by two doctors and blood tested prior a year ago I did not have herpes after what I believed was my first outbreak. Regardless now I am visiting a country with no medication at my disposal. How should I go about this situation, I come home in one week.
