Hi. So I am on mirena and have not had a period in over three years. Last month I started with a brown discharge. It was stringy but also Clotty. It stopped after a few days. Well now it's back. It's more Clotty but when I wipe after urinating it comes out as well. Also after having sex last night it was worse for a few minutes. I'm also having abdominal pain.
