Hi.. So I Have A Broken Skin On The Base

Hi.. So I have a broken skin on the base of my penis which hurts a little (where it joins my right leg) and its concerning me.. I got head from a prostitute without a condom about a week ago but was protected during intercourse. Wondering what this could be? I've had this broken skin before, but it usually comes around when there's a lot of friction or I don't moisturise that skin area well. I also ran a 6.8km run yesterday in spandex, plus I used cologne down there cos it smelt off and smells about 2 days ago. I know from my experience that cologne can weaken my skin down there. please help.
