Hi! So I Have Had The Flu For The Past

Hi! So I have had the flu for the past 12 days or so and feeling much better now, mostly just a little congested and I'm still coughing a little bit but overall, much better. But a few days ago(4 or 5) I noticed a few red spots on my body and now they are all over my body.. is it flu related and will go away after a few days or should I go see a doctor? I don't have a fever and they don't itch or hurt (my skin was itching in the first week I was sick but not anymore)
