So, I woke up this morning with incredibly tender breasts. I have also been having painful cramps. I have an IUD, so I do not think that I am pregnant, but I have had unprotected sex once in the past three months. I have taken two at home pregnancy tests (just to be sure) and both have come back negative. What are your thoughts on these symptoms? With the Mirena, I have stopped having periods altogether, so that is something you should also know.
