So I’m 19 years old I’ve done cocaine probably 6 times since I was 14 and last month I did cocaine 3 days in a row while drinking alcohol and taking Xanax and my heart has had a slight discomfort that can turn into sharp pain ever since what do you think I should do? I also don’t want to tell my regular doctor that I’ve done cocaine or Xanax
