Hi. So I'm A 16 Year Old Girl And I

Hi. So I'm a 16 year old girl and I love listening to music. So my headphones are constantly in. I've noticed they are starting to hurt, and I was on the phone and once I got off my ears began hurting. My ears feel weird and I keep thinking I'm going deaf but I hear fine. I've also noticed that I also have more ear wax in my ear. So is anything wrong with me? And if so what can I do ?
