Hi! So I've Been Experiencing Heart Palpitations And Chest Pains

Hi! So I've been experiencing heart palpitations and chest pains for four years. There was even a time when I stayed 2 full days in bed cause my heart aches so bad everytime I move. Guess, that's caused by my whirlwind emotions due to watching a nerve wracking competition. So then I decided to seek for my doctor's advice. She requested I undergo an ecg test. The conclusions state "sinus tachycardia, right axis deviation and abnormal T-wave". She also refered me to a cardiologist. So do you think its somewhat serious? Or do you have some opinions to enlighten me? Thank you so much.
