So i have received blood text results and need vitamin D Pro 10k which i am taking 3 times a week (just started last 3). I am having pains in ribs and general core body pain..... is this a normal symptom of Vit D deficiency. i also have a protruding rib which was diagnosed 3 years ago on the left side and the left side causes discomfort for me and i have a 'heavy' or 'tight' kind of sensation in that area. please advise?
