Hi! So Ive Been Getting Red Bumps Arpund My Body...

Hi! So ive been getting red bumps arpund my body... especially around my vagina and shoulder blades. The bumps don't itch, but they do look like bug bites. When i took a shower today, the bumps itched really bad (i take hot showers) and they havent appeared until a couple days ago. I assume its the new soap ive been using? But i want to make sure.
