Hi. So this is rather embarrassing but I am concerned. For years, I have had a raw, itchy, red, bloody 'patch' on the inside of my upper buttcheek. It does not reach the anus. It burns when I wash it or wipe it. It's swollen and extremely tender to where, at times, it is very uncomfortable to sit or walk. I wear cotton underwear and have good hygiene. Diaper rash creams do not have any affect. When it 'dries up' it has a very translucent flakey 'skin' covering it that itches very badly. I have a picture if you need it.
