So yesterday morning I woke up, showered, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Then later that afternoon I was going to the bathroom and realized I had a lump a little smaller than a pea above my clit on the right side. It is only sore to touch it and it has a yellowish white head to it. I've been with my fiancé for a 11 years now and I've recently been tested and I have no STD's or anything. What could this be? And how do I get it to go away? I've been putting hot towels on it like some people have suggested but it's not doing anything..
