Hi. Sunday I Began Having Pain In My Lower Gum

Hi. Sunday I began having pain in my lower gum area. I have no teeth in that area. Been rinsing with peroxide taking advil for pain and antibiotic. Today pain has subsided but I have numbness out that side of my face and in my lower lip. What I thought was a pus pocket turned out to be a tooth. Im assuming a wisdom tooth. What should I do? Thank you
