Hi, Thanks for looking into my question. During jogging some tiny object which was probably in joggers entered my lower side of foot. There become a red mark on lower side of my foot. I tried to pull this tiny object out but could not. Now new skin has come and only a black mark is visible and there is pus around. Should I apply any antibacterial ointment on it or go for any tablets. Please guide me.
