Hi ! The V Area Of My Upper Lip Has

Hi ! The V area of my upper lip has been stithed from the inside of my mouth.
The stithes that were used were chromic catgut 3-0 . The swelling is increasing day by day.
Kindly let me know someways to reduce the swelling and please let me know how long will my wound take to heal completely.Also i am taking brufen and novamox 500.
If you suggest me some medicine then iwould want to bring it to your notice that i am G6 PD deficient(drug allergy)
