Hi! The Middle Of My Upper Lip Had Been Twitching

Hi! The middle of my upper lip had been twitching for a few months now (never happened before), sometimes it gets tight and feels like a mild cramp sensation (not painful). I do have RA and receive Rituxan infusions on a regular basis; I take 4mgs of Dilaudid each morning for RA related pain. I take 20mgs of Citalopram daily and 20mgs of Diazepam at night to relax my muscles and joints. Could this new twitching be RA related?
