Hi. The Other Day My Right Side Neck Was Sore,

Hi. The other day my right side neck was sore, then yesterday my right side top shoulder/back was sore ( it felt like I had a heavy ball on it) , now today my top / front right side sholder is hurting. A d it really hurts when I bend over error front wards. I have been putting green heat on it for a couple days but it's not helping any suggestions?
