Hi. The Other Night My Boyfriend And I Were Climbing

Hi. The other night my boyfriend and I were climbing a trail and heard an animal growling at us. It was dark and we couldn't see. He ended up falling and twisting his ankle pretty badly. When we got home I had him ice it but I didn't check to see if it was swollen. Today he is complaining that he is cold with a headache and a stomach ache. Could this be from his ankle injury? Should I have him see a doctor?
