Hi, The Past Few Years I Have Been Trying To

The past few years I have been trying to find a face wash that doesn't react with my skin, but every single one I've used I come up with a very patchy rash and some of them even sting and burn me... I've tried brands known for using less chemicals such as simple and have tried cetaphil but every one of them I react in some way or another.. Is there a common ingredient on all face washers that could be causing this...
