Hi! The Right Side Of My Labia Majora Is Very

Hi! The right side of my labia majora is very swollen and painful. I am taking OTC pain medication (ibuprofen and naproxen) to help with the pain. Before I started the medicine, it was painful to sit or walk. The pain started as a small bump (which occur frequently after shaving and usually go away) and then developed into the symptoms I have now. I am 19 and not sexually active.
