Hi! The Side To The Right Of My Tailbone Has

Hi! The side to the right of my tailbone has been hurting for a month now. It started as a sharp pain when I rise from sitting for a long time then from lying down and eventually it's been painful too when I start walking from being still for a short time and at night when I move around in bed. What could this be?
