Hi,
The skin on the left underside of my penis, at the base is red, irritated, and looks as if there may be small tears that only hurt when I become sexually aroused and/or active. Every time I become erect, the area becomes more inflamed and painful. I tried using lotion as a moisturizer for a few days, however this did not help. What do you think this is and how should I treat it?
