Hi, The Week Or So Ive Noticed Since That Could

Hi, The week or so ive noticed since that could mean pregnancy and today I just got what I thought was my period but it was very much lighter than normal and its already stopped. I took three pregnancy tests and two where negative and one was faintly positive, if not pregnancy do you have any other idea what this could be?
