Hi There, I Am A 31-year-old Female. I Have Had

Hi There,
I am a 31-year-old female. I have had three pregnancies in the last six years resulting in three girls ages: 6, 3 and 14 months. My first two pregnancies and deliveries were near perfect. I nursed my first for 7.5 months and my second for one year. I went straight from nursing my second to being pregnant with my third. My third pregnancy was very difficult. In my first trimester I had a solid month of cold/flu. In the second trimester onwards, I suffered from depression and very bad vaginal infections. My delivery was very short (4 hours). I had an epidural. I tested positive for group B strep for the first time and was given antibiotics. I felt amazing for the first time in 9 months the week following my delivery, but then all of my symptoms came back with vengeance. I combated the depression with NutraSea (high dha), vitamin d and continued to take my prenatal vitamins. My baby was colicky. I gained 60 lbs with this pregnancy, but lost it all in 6 months because my diet had to be so clean to nurse my infant -- I couldn't touch dairy, eggs, acidic fruits, gassy vegetables or any spices, caffeine, baked goods etc. I am still dealing with cytolytic vaginosis and horrible depression, anxiety and panic attackts. This is debilitating on top of trying to raise and homeschool my three girls. I know I am dealing with hormonal imbalance, but am at a loss as to where to begin. I have had a lot of stress -- financial, emotional and lack of sleep because of three little people and trying to balance life, and pressure with raising three gifted children. The depression and anxiety is worse with dairy and gluten. I feel like I am in constant fight or flight response. I took probiotics for the first time with this pregnancy, but I think that is what caused the good bacteria overgrowth that I can't seem to get back in balance -- pro-biotics make this thing worse. I have had brain fog and really bad periods for which I have had to start taking medication to stop blood flow because I came very close to becoming anemic. I started taking iron supplements and vitamin a in addition to the above mentioned supplements. The mental clarity, fatigue etc. got better, but then I picked up wicked heart burn and can't seem to handle any iron supplementation. Looking forward to your help. Thank you.
