Hi There, I Have Bursitis On Both Elbows ( Popeye's

Hi There, I have Bursitis on both elbows ( Popeye's elbows). There is a more consistent ache with them now. I have had these for some time now and have had them drained a few times. Is there other treatments I can have or do they need to be drained or surgically removed thanks
