Hi There! I Just Went To The Restroom And Saw

Hi There! I just went to the restroom and saw a large swelling between my neck and collar bone. Is that something to be concerned about? It doesn't hurt. Recently, I have been battling stomach pain and have had every xray imaginable with no results of what is causing the pain. I was given 2 kinds of antibiotics because my white cell blood count is high. But it has been high, low for years and now seeing the swelling it kinda freaked me out.
