Hi There My Period Was Meant To Be Due Yesterday

Hi There My period was meant to be due yesterday but no sign of it and no sign of this today either. I have always Had protected sex. Home pregnancy test was negative . I am wondering if this is normal at all? I have also been on prescription antibiotics for one week which ended last week if that makes any difference I am feeling stressed about this
