Hi. There Is A Rash On My Eyelids And Upper

Hi. There is a rash on my eyelids and upper cheek. It was red but not itchy. It is a little bit elevated from the skin like a mosquito bite but not that high. It is dry because the skin looks like it was flaky after it dries when I try to put aloe vera. When I put aloe vera, it stings but I think it will help to moisturize. What would you recommend other things that I should do?
