Hi. This Is A Strange Question Probably But I Am

Hi. This is a strange question probably but I am currently writing a novel and the main character is currently in prison. I need him to get onto the internet outside of supervised time. Any ideas as to how he would mange this? I was thinking maybe of a USB stick smuggled in to him but not sure if that's a good method. Any advice would e appreciated. Thanks for your time. Derek
