Hi, This Is The First Time Ive Really Ever Done

This is the First time ive really ever done this but i am a little worried. I woke up with these pussy dots on my leg and im not sure how and why. I noticed it after i got out of the Shower this morning and i was hoping you might be able to tell me What they are. They dont itch but they are sore to Touch.
