Hi. This Morning I Got Hit On The Right Side

Hi. This morning I got hit on the right side near forehead with a car door. I did not experience any loss of conscience It's very tender to the touch and I have a devit or dent the size of the tip of my thumb. I have a slight headache but no other symptoms. Should I go to the doctors concerning this injury.
