Hi Three Weeks Ago I Had A Laporoscpic Bilateral Salingoophectomy

Hi Three weeks ago I had a Laporoscpic Bilateral Salingoophectomy and now it appears that I have a lump under my larger cut on the right .My doctor thinks that this is a blood clot and has requested an urgent ultrasound to see whats going on.She has also put me on a stronger dose of antibiotics.This urgent request was sent last Thursday afternoon but as yet I haven't heared anything. I'm not in any pain unless there is pressure put on the lump, should I be concerned?
