Hi Thursday Evening I Started Having Stomach Pains Followed By

Hi Thursday evening I started having stomach pains followed by diarrhoea, which although hasn't completely gone has become less frequent and of intensity after 72 hours, 24 hours after first getting the pains, I then noticed I was getting a rash on various areas of my body that were warm and itchy but would disappear and reappear every few hours. Please can you give me some advice if the two issues are related
