Hi, To Put It Briefly, I Am Suffering From Ankylosing

Hi,
To put it briefly, I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis for almost 25 years. I started with medicines like sulfasalazine, and later on with Enbrel (50 mg) TNF blocker. The injection course is over and i am doing fine now. The main reason for writing this email is that I also suffer from vertigo frequently and that too started about 15 years ago and I know quite well how it feels when it comes. But recently, while in the comfort of my home, I felt a sudden reeling of my head which almost threw me back and this forced me to come out of my drawing room and go to the bed. Based on my experience of vertigo, this is not what I feel during vertigo attacks. I have a BP problem and for which I take Cilacar TC 12.5 mg (cilnidipine). So what can be the reason therefor and whom would I go for checking?

Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
Kind regards
Ranjan
