Hi. Today I Had A Mild Sensation In My Stomach

Hi. Today I had a mild sensation in my stomach like a period coming on had a very light discharge but nothing else had no appetite just fluids and have a lot of gurgling burping and passing wind, is it a bug or will it pass, took some Gaviscon to relieve it as I have bn experiencing heartburn the last few nights due to tablets I take for eczema
