Hi, Today I Had A Strange Pinching Under The Suprasternal

Today i had a strange pinching under the suprasternal notch and it freaked me out. When i freaked out, i felt a chill in my back. I am having treatment for GERD.
Is it possible that it is a heart related issue or my acid reflux playing games on me?
