Hi. Today While Coughing I Felt A Mass Move Down

Hi. Today while coughing I felt a mass move down my vagina. I felt it and it's like a fleshy bulb type mass and it is attached to what feels like the back wall of vagina. I can push it up but every time I cough comes out the vagaina. And is uncomfrtable. I'm wondering if this is what makes intercorse uncomfortable lately. I had hestorectomy 3 years ago.
