Hi, Tonight My Son (almost 4 Yrs Old) Had A

Hi,
Tonight my son (almost 4 yrs old) had a small leak in his underwear and when I went to change them I saw a small chalky white spot on his underwear. He hasn't complained of any pain but has leaked a few times which is not typical. Should I be worried? Any idea what it is?
