Hi. Took 2 Sertraline Tablets Around 2 Hours Ago- But

Hi. Took 2 Sertraline tablets around 2 hours ago- but with no water. Have had horrendous burning sensation and tightness in my throat and chest for well over an hour now. I've drank water, milk, eaten yoghurt, bread, and now my ears are beginning to hurt and breathing is causing some pain too. Is this just something I need to wait out or should I see a doctor? Thank you
