Hi, Two Years Ago After My Third Child Was Born,

Hi, Two years ago After my third child was born, I got my tubes tied. However, I haventhad a period since FEbruary, I took a pregnanct test and it was negative. What could be going on? I have been nausous the last couple weeks on and off but havent gotten sick any. Please help.
